Mindful Meadow Charity Mug

I have designed this lovely mug aptly named A Mindful Meadow. I am donating all proceeds from the mug to amazing Breast Cancer Charities.

I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in November last year, a difficult time lay ahead, but I was very lucky to live in the beautiful countryside where I was able to find little places nearby to have my daily walk. When I was gradually starting to get up and about again I felt very nauseous and it was on these walks where I had to use my mindfulness training.  I would walk along naming all the birds, trees, bushes and weeds to take my mind off feeling sick.

Eventually, it subsided, and the hedgerows changed into beautiful colour, so I captured it within this mug, reminding myself that everything is  temporary.  So, please take a mindful moment when you drink from this mug. Take a breathe and imagine blowing the seeds to help them move on to grow and flourish, which is what I am doing now as are many others thankfully.
